I previously served as Executive Director for Startup Shell, a non-profit, student-run incubator and co-working space serving students at UMD. My roles include strategy, general management, assisting and connecting our portfolio companies, and odd-jobs.

I joined Startup Shell as a portfolio company back in Fall 2016 with my venture Quarky, and took over as the Executive Director in Summer 2017. Since taking over, here are some notable accomplishments of some of our members:

• Gladius.io launched their ICO and raised over $14.6 million.
• Gravitytales.com acquired by China Literature (TenCent).
• Shellers start Immersive Atoms, a student art + tech show at UMD.
• 360-degree video drone company Door Robotics soft launch.
• Alzheimer's detection startup Synapto wins NIH grant.
• Shellers become partners at two national VC firms (Dorm Room Fund & Contrary Capital).

I also do odd jobs like remodeling the space, designing branding assets, updating our website, and giving talks about Startup Shell on campus.
